All orders will be shipped  Standard UPS Ground free of charge.  Next Day Air orders will be shipped FEDEX Standard Overnight.  Next Day Air orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. CST to guarantee next day air status.  A fee of $65.00 per order will be charged for next day air orders.

Any merchandise found to be unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned within 15 days of date of purchase. To speed refund or exchange, please call customer service at (812) 379-5552. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All merchandise being returned must be packed in its ORIGINAL container and must be shipped PREPAID AND INSURED. Personalized items, such as brass plates, are non-refundable unless we made an error.  Shipping charges on items returned (unless item is found to be defective in material or workmanship), are non-refundable!

Engraved nameplates may take up to two days. The shipment of your Urn will not be delayed.
